Predict race times across distances
Estimate a runner's times from one known result
Enter one race time and the calculator scales it to neighbouring distances using special-endurance coefficients measured across elite athletes. Chain several distance pairs to reach further up or down the ladder.

Method
How the estimate works
Every time is reduced to a pace per 100 m, scaled by the coefficient for the chosen distance pair, then expanded to the target distance. Coefficients always act on the 100 m pace, never on the raw time.

Reading the min–max band
The band is the widest plausible spread from the study's extremes, not a statistical confidence interval. Chaining more pairs compounds those extremes, so longer extrapolations show a wider band by design.
